I have been struggling with Nashua Mobile's Client Service Since I started my contract in 2011. I have on a previous occasion phoned the call centre requesting information on a debit that was take from my account, after I have paid the balance on my statement, showing my account was in the credit. I mailed a statement through, the consultant just ignored me. Two weeks ago, I received another statement with a Credit note on, I phoned the call centre to find out what it was all about. The consultant explained to me that my account was in the credit of R265, I asked her if she could talk to the credit department to have them pay the credit back out to me, and then next month, when my last instalment is due, I'll pay the full amount. She told me she would get back to me within the same day. The day after that I still did't get any feedback, I called back, where another consultant gave me a different amount, and told me she would ask the previous day's consultant to contact me. Still nothing, and that was last week Thursday already. I have had problems with this account since the start!! I am really disgusted by this and I can't wait till I'm finished with you guys!!!
