FNB deferred instalments to make profits

In November 2013 I phoned fnb call centre to change my debit date since my salary was paid end of the month at the time.i even asked agent to arrange two payments to be taken which never happen. I phoned fnb again to change my debit date in December 2013 again they must arrange for debit and I didn't want that break offered but still fnb did not debit. I registered formal complaint with the team leader by the name of Sbusiso who promised to resolve all of my problems but he never did. I left him messages three time and never return my calls only when I phone the call centre again on Wednesday looking for the manager he started with excuses. They prevented me from talking to the manager in the call centre. Sbusiso told me my instalment has increased by R68.90 because I asked for debit change, when I ask him to listen to all my conversations with agents and if I was ever advised of such. Sbusiso told me there is nothing he can do about it and when I ask who can I escalate the matter to, he gave me email address and to date I haven't receive a word from that email.interesting part is fnb debit didn't't go through three days after I spoke to Sbusiso and all charges are on my account.
