Oneplan Health Insurance
Pathetic!

I requested on the 15th october for my debit order to go off on the 20th of the next monthand was told it will be done accordingly, I was then debited on the 1st!!! I didnot budget for this and had to pay penalty bank charges, I then foned today andhad to wait for over 10 mins to be transferred to Robert so I had to hang up. I need this resolved and expect that I be reimbursed my bank charges due to their negligence!!!
