On the 11th of April I got a notification that a debit order did not go off on my account. Surprisingly all my debit orders go off on the 1st. I understand that since the first was a public holiday you would debit on the following working day. But no you do a debit order a week later when I expect all my debits to have gone through.
Because I didn't anticipate that there were any outstanding debit orders I have used all my money and now when you do the debit order I had to have bank charges because of lack of funds.
I called your call center and requested that you double debit on the 1st of may. After thinking about I realsed I still have to pay R115 in bank charges because of your incompetence. Considering all odds that is a lot of money and I demand that I get a credit in my account for the bank charges that I have incured. Failure will result in me cancelling the policy as I cannot stand such incompetence.
