When I opened an account with 8ta we agreed to run a debit order on 20th, on the 15th August they ran a debit order luckily there was money, 2 weeks back I called them and advised that my debit order date be the 20th and the guy by the name grant confirmed that it is changed. this morning a debit order for R195 was ran and there was no money. now I'm must pay charges at my bank for their fault. I want them to be responsible for the charges and correct my debit order date. never in my life will do business with 8ta. thank you.
