I did a quotation with oneplan on the 14th February 2013 for my mother. My mother is currently on a heart condition treatment and they said they will not cover it, I then decided not to take the insurance the very same day, as it will not benefit her. They continue to send me sms informing me to start debiting my account, I then decided to call them on the 26th February 2013 and spoke to Nelly telling her to cancel the policy as I've already email them to cancel. But on the 15th of March 2013 they debited my account, I went to the bank and reversed it and block it with my bank, but today I see my account has been debited as if I have four policies with them and each debit order has been charged. I really don't understand, how a company can be so selfish and desperate for money. Another thing that I even mentioned to them is that they are so unprofessional, they write names of people and places with small letters. That also turned me off and I lost confidence in them. I want my money, including the debit order charges to be refunded back in to my account. I called today and spoke to a lady who could hardly speak up and just when she was confirming my details, the phone went dead.
