Oneplan Health Insurance
Debited on my account but policy start in next mon

Hi
i'm very disappointed joined Oneplan told the guy policy must start in June over our telephonical conversation they went debited on my account on the 4th of May and caused me to have lot of charges, called the Customer service asked if that debit can be reversed was never helped instant the lady said she will call me back until today also requested them to cancel my policy they never came back with info... please help
