Unfounded Bank Charges... over and over and over

In this month alone Standard Bank have charged me R115.00 x 4 for a debit order that was not provided for... Well... Nowhere on my bank statement does is show a debit order that was returned... ALL MY DEBIT ORDERS HAVE BEEN PAID... not ONE has returned... but there are 4 charges and every time I waste my petrol going to a branch to sort it out another charges comes through...?? I budget to the cent... my O/D is R14 800.00 it is now standing on R15 115.00 because of bank charges for nothing??? Further more at the end of this month i will receive further bank charges for exceeding my overdraft...? There is a staff member at the crossings branch who is totally useless... and pointblank told me you didnt pay your debit so now we charge we cant reverse it... I think that service is shocking... and I think that its realy bad that every time something goes wrong I have to make a public complaint before it is resolved. I accpect my O/D charge to be that relevant to my O/D balance before all the charges... as I should have R14 650.00 into my overdraft. Please can someone urgently call me in order to sort this out???
