Handling Insurance Claim

Had contacted Budget over an insurance claim for an accident involving my wife's car where the other driver shot the red light and accepted that it was his fault. i had two people from Budget Tshadi and Sibusiso successively handling the case over a week and nothing happened, Tshadi was not at he desk and Sibusiso who appeared to have taken over from her did not have the documents that I had sent transferred to him. He was inaccessible and did not call back when a message was left. Then Leanne Moonsamy who picked up the phone, enquired about the problem and in the matter of a few hours sorted out the entire claim and made sure that the car would go to the panelbeaters for repair. I was hugely impressed with her courtesy and efficiency and the fact that she seemed so service-oriented.
