Handling of Claim

I called the Budget Insurance call centre to see if my insurance would cover a pair of lost ray bans.
I was fortunate enough to deal with Fadiel and found him to be personable and so very friendly. He was extremely efficient in putting my claim through while I waited on the phone and confirmed that it had been accepted within a matter of minutes and that I would be paid out for the lost raybans. Excellent service!!

I usually get really irritated speaking to call centre operators, but Fadiel was an absolute pleasure to deal with. I could tell that he is a real people's person, so this made the experience of calling a call centre way better for me. He has an easy going telephone manner and his voice is clear which is not always the case with cc agents. Budget Insurance has such an asset in Fadiel who is the perfect mixture of professional & great personality!
