I am so disappointed with the level of service King Price is giving me from the claims department, I called claims department and spoke to Jean (Claims Manager) and advised him that my rental car days are almost over, the rented car must returned by this Wednesday 6th Nov. he promised to investigate and return my call, this was around 11:00am. After realizing that he is not going to call me back, I phoned claims dept and was put through to another claims manager, related my story to her, she said she will call back, at least she returned my call within minutes. I was greatly disappointed when she told me that King Price will not extend my rental days beyond the standard 30 days, if I want additional days on the rented car then I must pay myself. It seems like one gets excellent service from King Price only when you sign up, they allow one to negotiate the type of cover, premiums and the extent of cover, however once they have hooked you and you have a claim, they do not give the same type of service you get from sales. All I want is for some show of compassion! I know King Price will not be Bankrupt if they just cover a few more days for me till I get my car back from VDS?
