CLAIM NOT YET FINALISED AFTER 2 MONTHS

I am writing this to express my strong dissatisfaction regarding the handling of my claim by Sibongile Tabane. The accident happened on 11 November 2013 and after the assessment the car was declared a write off. I have called Sibongile more than once to try to enquire about the progress made and also left messages for her to call me back but she never had the decency to do that. My first enquiry to her by email was on the 10th of December 2013 and I only received the first response on the 31st of December 2013 when she requested additional documents in bits and pieces. I also wrote an email to her supervisor, Boitumelo Khoza on 9 January 2014 for her to intervene but she also did not respond to my email. IT IS NOW OVER 2 MONTHS since the accident happened and the claim is not yet finalized. This is really poor service from budget insurance, I have no idea how long do I still have to wait for this claim to be finalized.
