Do they simply not care about their Customers

Well, on the 18th June 2013, I was involved in a car accident while I was on my way to work, at approx. 07:21am with a client of Budget Car Rental.

Budgets client has made the claim with Budget, and that was later confirmed via a conference call between myself, the driver of the Budget rental car and Budget's claim representative who has been "handling" the case (Zarma). So Budget is fully aware of the situation and has done ABSOLUTELY NOTHING with regards to the claim. During the conference call, the agent (Zarma Zulu - 011 715 7379), and their client spoke in their native tongue... immediately excluding me from any understanding of what was the next step nor what was going on, even upon my request to speak English they just carried on talking. (I have recorded the call as evidence).

I've called numerous times and left messages (with Thabiso), Zarma is ALWAYS on lunch and does not return my calls. I am dependant on my vehicle for my job, which is now at risk. No updates received STILL.

Will Budget EVER respond to the matter!? Does customer service mean anything to you guys??
