BUDGET DRAGS FEET IN PROCCESING CLAIMS

Just a word of advise to everyone thinking of taking insurance with Budget... DONT!!!

My wife and I submitted a claim for a car accident that happened in June already and to this date we have not heard ONE WORD from Budget, NOT ONE... No call, email, sms or even a free "pls call me" from them. Instead we are the ones who have been calling their call centre and waiting half an hour for an agent to answer and then be to and told the same old week in and week out "We apologise for the inconvenience however I will make sure I send Shaun an email and you will get feedback no later than tomorrow". This Shaun person is apparently the person handling our claim however he is NEVER available to take a call or respond to and email, never.
They keep telling us our claim has been processed and just needs approval by a manager. I have now even resorted to seeking assistance from an attorney with writing a summons for me. I don't want them to fix my car now, I will fix it myself and hopefully get redress through the legal system, I will gladly pay my attorney to be a pest to them.

They are good for nothing but messing with my budget.
