Old Mutual
DEBITED TWICE IN SAME MONTH

On the 26th of October 2013, i had a debit order of R500 from my savings account. I am not sure for what its for. I only have a funeral cover and investment plan with OLD Mutual which both debited on 29 October 2013. BUT I really need to understand what the other debit was for. REF NUMBERs ON STATEMENT:

1st deduction of R500 ref: OLDMUTNAED 101013090131024NAED

2nd deduction of R500 REF: OMMAXPERLS 8663490020131026 INS PREM 0346. Only one should be valid.

Please assist.
