Un authorised debit orde

C Track Digicore send me an email that I owe them R8000 that is in September/October 2012. They debited R2232.45 and R446.49 on the 2 October 2012 without my authority and I went to the bank to cancel their debit orders and even wrote them an e mail to make arrangements of R500 a month starting from October 2012. I paid them the following: 30 October 2012 - R1000, 27 November 2012- R1000, 21 December 2012- R1000, 29 Jan 2013-R500, 28 Feb 2013- R500, 28 March 2013 -R500, 29 April 2013 R500. They went behind my back and debited R1339.47 and R446.49 on the 1 May 2013. I want them to refund me my money deducted on the 1 May 2013 as I have kept my R500 arrangement with them. I have told them to cancel their services that they claim that I use. I only owe them R3000 that will be paid in R500 instalment as I have indicated to them that is the amount that I can afford. Don't take me for a ride cause you have breached the contract. I don't want to take this further, Pay me back my money and I will pay you your R500 and agreed.
