NEADO debit orde

On the 16th March 2013 a Naedo debit order of R500 was debited from my savings account without my knowledge or authorisation. The reference was: FNBRTCREV/0877363206I690.
I have no idea what this means, and I have NOT authorised anyone to make this deduction.
This is the 1st time that such a deduction has been made. I phoned ABSA and they referred me to FNB to which FNB gave me First Direct's number that doesn't exist (0861100141).
I would like this NAEDO debit order to be cancelled with immediate effect, this is UNACCEPTABLE.
FNB, please sort this out ASAP.
