NAEDO Debit Orde

On the 16th March 2013 a Naedo debit order of R500 was debited from my savings account without my knowledge or authorisation. The reference was: FNBRTCREV /0877363206I690.
I have no idea what this means, and I have NOT authorised anyone to make this deduction.
This is the 1st time that such a deduction has been made. I phoned ABSA and they referred me to FNB to which FNB gave me a number that doesn't exist (FNB Line). I've been a customer with ABSA for 12 Years yet no one can help me or assure me that everything is in order and I don't have to worry about this NAEDO debit order again.
Yesterday 17th March 2013 I received a notification that this has been returned. That's all fair but what I would like to know is that what if it happens again? Do I have to go through the same process again?
I would like this NAEDO debit order to be cancelled with immediate effect, this is UNACCEPTABLE.
