Arrangements Do Not count at Nedbank

I called in asking for debit order R2542 that was debited twice from my account to be reversed. The reason for this is because I had spoken to different people since November 2013 making arrangements for my debit of R500 to be taken off on the last day of every month. Resent calls were made to me on beginning of January 2014 I think on the 9th and I still ask that we deduct R500 on the last day of every month and yesterday I got another call with the same request that we deduct R500 on the last day of every month. Today I get two debits of R2542. what I am asking is since I spoke to someone there beginning of this month making arrangement of R500 to be deducted end of this month and also spoke to someone yesterday then how come I am debited over 6000 this morning. nedbank consultants are calling me sorts of names. One asked if who am I trying to fool, the other told me regardless my arrangements I owe nedbank and should just pay then the last one told me she cannot help me because I have my own picture of how things should be in my head.
