I received a letter dated 26 November 2012 (clearly the wrong date), with Claim number: 23392/10 - HSB32694, and that my claim has been rejected once again.

Please be aware that I will not leave this matter here. I know I was at fault for not correcting the address when moving, but seeing that the protection/security at my new physical address is more than it was at my previous address, I can't see Hollard not compensating me for my loss. This is what an insurance company is supposed to do isn't it?

I am now, because of the time that has passed (incident happened on the 23rd of September), in huge financial trouble as I had to replace a large part of the items that was at my own account, maxing out my credit cards, etc, not because of nice to have items, but because of must have items to do my work with, for clothes to wear, etc, and now Hollard does not want to compensate me? After not missing one premium before this? This is SHOCKING service
