Terrible service regarding a burglary claim

We have a policy through PPS who are underwritten by Hollard Insurance. On the 31st of December 2013 we came home to find we had been broken into with substantial losses with regards to clothing, bedding, linen, and numerous other items, as well as the TV & sound system. We have finally received a settlement letter from Exiliti / Hollard for the measly amount of R29, 200 to replace all our clothing, bedding, linen, and numerous other items. We are definitely not under insured as per the asset evaluator that came out. When querying this insulting settlement amount the only response we get is that the assessor will call us to discuss the issue. Well I am still waiting for someone to call! I am sorely tempted to look elsewhere for insurance as I feel I want nothing more to do with Hollard. After the trauma caused by the burglary we then get treated like criminals ourselves whilst they investigate then insulted with this pathetic settlement.
