Wont Pay Valid Claim

We had a break in and a laptop which had 2 years worth of assignments and a portfolio on that cannot be replaced. An iPad was also taken in the. I opened a case at the police and had SAPS come and take finger prints. This was not good enough for Hollard and they declined my claim stating: " The Household Contents Section is hereby endorsed that Special Condition 6 "Security Warranty" (page 20 of the Lifestyle wordings) is deleted and replaced with - " cover will be subject to forcible and violent entry or exit from the dwelling, or as a result of following violence or thread of violence" They did force their way into our house to take our items but this is not good enough for Hollard. Now I have to go wait in the police station AGAIN and try and get a copy of the police report, then fill in a form and also write a letter of MOTIVATION as to why I think that Hollard should pay me out. I would rather not even be doing this and have all the work that was lost on the laptop I had and the iPad I'm still paying for. But Hollard couldn't give a rats about yours, mine or anyone else' problems. They just take our money and then us when we need them.
