BAD SERVICE "with hollard it's sorted" really now!

I met up with an accident on the 29/07/2013, and logged the claim with Hollard, since then i have to keep making calls to hollard to follow up on how far they are with claim, i recieved two sms from hollard to say that an assesor has been appointed, the assesors report came in on friday already and once again i had to phone and find out on teh update, since friday they knew that the vehicle was uneconomical to repair, why wasnt papers requested from the bank and settlement values, today only hollard is requesting all these documents, when you take out insurance hollard doesnt give you a whole load of they insure you with pleasure bu the minute there's and accident and a claim is logged it seems like hollard takes forever to do there investigation and tries to drag the claim for as long as they can and in teh meant time i'm stranded without a vehicle because hollard is dragging this process i'm not happy at all this is really terrible service and unncesary wasting of time, accidents happen thats why we take out insurance and then hollard treats this claim as if i defrauded or done this intentionally hollard needs to get a move on as i need a vehicle.
