Does anyone at Hollard give a dam about client service?
It seems that the only thing Hollard is interested in is receiving their monthly payments from clients.

Since the 22 February 2013 when the repairs were approved by Hollard we have taken our vehicle 3 times to AUTO MAGIC in Roodepoort and our vehicle is still not repaired to its original condition.

Hollard and their third party agents Exiliti are fully aware and since our last communication of the 18th April 2013 we have had no response from either Hollard or Exiliti.

My question is; If Hollard cannot address a simple claim such as this, how can address a major claim?

To the Board and Management of Hollard. With due respect, please stop hiding behind third party agents and call centres and ensure that you deliver the service that your clients deserve.
