I called Std customer service and needed to make arrangements for my car payments. I called four different numbers which were constantly engaged. Eventually got through and they referred me to the legal Dept. Spoke to Lin on (011) 227 - 4690 on Tuesday (29.10.2013). She told me that she gave my problem over to her supervisor. I called again on Wednesday and she still didn't had any reply back from her superior. Called back today (04.11.2013) and she told me that my file is now already given to the legal department, and the necessary documents has been emailed to me prior, which I did not received. They had my private email address, and I told Lin I did not received any letters, and instead gave her my work email. The bank was supposed to follow up with me if I have received the letter. Instead everything was left, only when I called them, that's when I was told about the letter. I was also told that person that send the letter to me has resigned. When I called Lin on Tuesday, she said my file was not as yet with Legal department, suddenly on Monday, it was given to Legal. I need Std Bank to review my situation, and somebody to come back to me to make payment arrangements.
