MFC Legal is a nightmare

I was called by Vernon Isaacs from MFC legal to make arrangements regarding my vehicle that was written off in July, he sent me a form to fill in, i sent back to him, then i sent him a number of emails he didnt reply i tried calling him his never at his desk because he is not answers the phone, i then called the MFC call centre, i was informed they can not help me only legal would be able to assist me and she gave me vernon, s number and the sups number, i tried calling but NO ONE IS ANSWERING THE PHONE AT LEGAL
I need more explanation regarding the letter that was sent through to me
