No feedback in 6 months

I sent a proof of payment to DMC on the 12th of June. Cikizwa assured me that the records will be rectified within 20 days. I have to date not received any feedback from DMC, nor has Yandiswa, who followed up on it when I complained last week, given me any feedback. Really? 6 months and no feedback? I was assured that it was a simple matter of allocating the proof of payment to my account number and then updating the records at the credit bureau. What irks me the most though is that no-one even bothers to give me any feedback on the matter at all. Even after sending numerous emails, I've only received one email back from Yandiswa asking for the proof of payment again (mind you, that was 5 months after I've originally sent it). Just give me some form of feedback!!!
