A few months ago I called the legal dept to make arrangements to pay off an outstanding credit card debt. Spoke to a lady Matilda who assisted with an affordable payment plan. Yesterday I contacted the bank again to get proof that I have made the payments as agreed upon for the past few months. As per Standard bank I have not..I sent through my slips but apparently it was made into a wrong account. I have my proof that I paid albeit the wrong account but why can't Standard bank also take some responsability as to not supplying me with the correct details in the first place as an consultant should. I take part of the blame but why should the letter be with held? According to them I must wait another 3 months before I can get this letter which I find ridiculous..Please respond via e-mail.
