My car was, when i claim from my insurance company my claim was rejected, now i have asked the guy by the name of Jimmy Cartwright who is the Loss Adjustor: Johannesburg Region to send me all the recordings which where made by this policy and he only sent 2 recordings, i know for sure i made several calls to the call centre regarding my policy and i have send him several emails reminding him that i'm still waiting for the other recordings, till today i'm still waiting.
