Very Bad Service

I have logged a claim, three weeks ago, but till today it has not been finalised. They told me they will have to get the recordings for when i updated my policy, because of of their incompetent staff member gave me wrong information, saying i dont have to specify my portable possessions if valued less than R4000, now that i am claiming, they are not coming back with the voice recordings and they dont want to pay out for the items i am claiming for.

i have been insured since 2008, it is my first claim and they have proved to me that they are just a bunch of, with incompetent staff.

I am very angry.
