REPUDIATE CLAIM AND BREACH OF TRUST!!

Sadly this is the second report I am writing about the poor service from this insurer. I requested call recordings of our sales call as the claim was repudiated, KP sent through a disc a week later and not all the recordings were on and the best part is that they sent us a disc with 2 other clients recordings?? How safe is our personal information?? When i raised this with them, they requested the disc back to do what??? do they just want it out of my possession? Dont they have a process in place whereby someone listens to the calls before sending it out? Dont they keep a copy of what they send out? How does this company work? I will be referring this matter to the ombudsman as the service received from KP was one that was of the worst I have ever experienced. What is the fine for making such stupid mistakes with the FSB? To date I have not had someone to help us instead we deal with rude people like Dirk Nortje who referred us to his legal department and to date no one has contacted us!!! I will pursue this matter and take it to the top if I have to. I have never experienced such horrendous service!! I WILL MAKE SURE PEOPLE WILL KNOW ABOUT THIS!
