Good day,

I had some questions regarding my policy date on my insurance.

My wife was with MiWay, then I stopped my current insurance with &%? #*&%? #>@ and joined MiWay for better premiums. MiWay insisted that we must keep my wife's policy to qualify sooner for the BONUS instead of stopping the policy and start a new one.

When I asked them about my BONUS we realised that they have stopped my wife's policy and opened a new policy.

Ms Madalane went out of her way to do it MiWay and searched for all the recordings from 2010 up to now and send it to me.

On this recordings it stated clearly how it will work regarding the policy start date.

My BONUS will be payed out to me.
