FNB APPALLING ATTITUDE

In pr? cis form. Ordered portable unit for a Trade Fair. Even after numerous reminders the unit was not delivered, despite call centre assurances. Waited and wasted Friday, Saturday & half of Sunday. Eventually they managed to get a technician to deliver on the Sunday (to the technicians credit). There was much correspondence between the call centre supervisor (initials SL, ) who after assuring me that he would get involved, completely IGNORED me. After the fair, the unit was NOT collected. I reminded the call centre at least twice to collect it. EVENTUALLY it was collected. The portable unit was returned to stores, instead of unlinking the portable from the main Merchant account, the MAIN merchant has been blocked. I cannot use my account, and am loosing sales. As I sit writing this mail, I have assured that the same supervisor (SL) will be assisting me. I have been on hold now for too long... If FNB is this careless not only with it's clients, but with a R10000 portable unit... how could you possibly trust them with your money.!!!
