Excellent Service from Game Kenilworth

My Mom bought a tumble dryer from Game.
I collected the unit from their Depot in order to receive it as soon as possible, given the current cold wet weather.
The staff at the Depot were very friendly and ensured that I received a unit in good physical condition.

When I installed the unit at home, however, it made a loud noise when operating.
I believed that it was the spinning drum rubbing up against a static part of the chassis.

I called Aman late on Friday afternoon, and he indicated that they would deliver a replacement unit the following day - i.e. Saturday.
I was very happy that I did not have to lug the dryer around myself, and would have been equally happy to have waited another day or so.

At around 17h30 on Saturday afternoon, however, I receive a phone call that the replacement unit is being delivered.
Half an hour later the new unit is in place and the old one has been taken away...
..on a Saturday in the pouring rain!

You have displayed a level of service that I did not think was possible from Game.
