PURCHASE PORTABLE SINOTECH DVD PLAYER

On Sunday 14 July 2013 I tried to purchase a portable Sinotech dvd player from the store in Carnival Mall. When I got to the pay point I was requested a TV licence to enable me to purchase the product.

It is a portable dvd player with no access to receive tv signal at all.

The in store duty manager plus three supervisor were unable to assist. Further to this none of the consumer care line people could assist me to date to resolve the issue.

A poor reflection on appointing BEE incompetent managers and store of the size of Carnival Mall
