I bought a fridge from LG Lifestyle centre, 2 months ago, with an ice dispenser. upon delivery the ice dispenser did not work. I phoned the centre explained to the sales executive the problem, she dispatched a technician asap! The technician wrote that the unit was faulty, it could not be repaired. The reply that i got from LG is that unfortunately there is not another unit like this in the country, if i would like a replacement unit I will have to pay another R5 000 rand. 1. I do not believe that there was not another unit in the country. 2. to ask for 50% more to replace the unit, not on. Everything in my house is and was LG, I will be changing to a different brand. It left a really bad taste in my mouth. I did not expect this from a superior brand.
