Faulty Unit Supplied - EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED

I am extremely disappointed with Netstar. I purchased a new vehicle last week and decided to have a Netstar Early Warning System fitted despite it not being a requirement from my insurance company (I'm paying more for the unit than the discount I receive from insurance). Firstly, the incorrect unit (a Sleuth) was fitted, then I had to call you to change it. Thereafter I collected the vehicle last Friday and the unit would not arm. After spending my entire Saturday calling the fitment centre and waiting around, the technician finally came to my house to repair it, only to find out that the unit is faulty and can't be repaired before Monday (today). Now I am at work and I'm still waiting for the technician to come and replace/repair the unit! Why am I the one having to constantly call you to come and repair a faulty unit that you supplied in the first place. I am at the point where I think you should just remove the unit and I will go to one of your competitors who might be able to deliver a better service!
