Poor Service from unhelpful staff at Cell C

I ordered a Samsung Galaxy Tab3 10.1 but received a Tab3 7. I called the call centre 084 145 and had spoken to at least 3 agents and they refused to put me in contact with a manager. I requested they collect the unit that was incorrectly delivered and deliver the correct unit. I was told that their policy is that they will take 7 working days to collect the unit and then cancel the contract and then I will have to reorder the unit and wait again 7 days for delivery. I am very upset as it is their fault and they should be able to collect the goods back the same day and then deliver the correct unit as per my request, That will be good customer service. Agents are not decision makers and should not be given authority to speak to customers any way they want too.
