ITC PROFILE STILL NOT UPDATED ON TRANSUNION

After paying up and closing my personal loan last year, My Transunion credit profile is still showing an outstanding balance on my account.
As a result of this i cant get any more finance. I've tried to speak to NEDBANK consultants in November last year and they promised they will update my profile by the end of November 2013 but its now January 2014. I'm now sick and tired of waiting. Nedbank, please do your job and update my ITC profile, I don't have any account or policy with you anymore, I fulfilled my obligations and its now time for you to play your part.
This clearly shows that Nedbank only cares about getting their money and nothing more:
