I had recently joined Quicksure when I had an eccident, after the referral from my sister when I told her about my previous insurer significantly hiking my premium after moving to Jhb.

I received good service on inception but when it comes to claiming they don't even answer my calls, return them nor respond to my emails. They keep on playing delay tectics when I eventually get hold of them.

The cause of this is that not all the charges were clearly explained on inception, we even received the recorded conversation to confirm. But the broker/underwriting consultant as started above does not want to work on resolving the issues. They want to charge me things we never agreed on, e.g. towing services and storage limited to R3000.00. 10% of claim amount should you claim within 90 days. 5% for being between 25-30 which was vaguely explained on the recording.

I will advise anyone thinking of using their services to reconsider, request a written contract before inception or fully state back to the consultant what you took from their explanations to be all the applicable charges in the instance of the claim and for them to agree yes or no and not the other way round.
