I am totally disgusted at the service provided by Quicksure! I submitted a claim on the26.10.2012. It was approved but due to the lack of response from Dent Doctor, I contacted Quicksure on the 7.02.2013 and was told that I must forward an email to state that due to the delay in getting my vehicle repaired the claim must be paid out to myself and I will undertake to have it repaired. Email was forwarded on the 8.02.2013. 18 days later and no response!!! U contacted Quicksure again... and Ronel was off ill, Chantel requested I forward the initial request to her. On the 26.02.2013 I received a cash in lieu settlement notice, which i signed immediately and returned on the 27th. 6 days later... no response.. I sent Chantel an email and I received immediately from Pertunia a new policy schedule and increase in premium!!! But still no response regarding pmt. I called Ronel and was told I should expect it the next day... it never happened... I called again... was told the same... never happened..Friday I was told it was getting released and it never happened!!!
How many calls do I need to make to receive my payment!
Quicksure customer service is atrocious!!!
