It is with great disappointment that my trusted insurance has let me down this way after having two cars insured by Quicksure. I was involved in an accident on Dec 27, 2012. I have submitted all required forms by January 04, 2013. I cannot tell you what was the delay for the whole month because nobody care to update me. It is beginning of February 2013 that I had to start pleading (am I supposed to?) with Quicksure as I have been inconvinienced till now eversince my new Chev Sonic had accident. I had to follow up and plead for update pertaining to the claim, up until today my claim is not sorted. Yes, I have just met a good technician who seemed to be going an extra mile to have my claim signed and sorted BUT how long should one wait for the claim to be sorted? Blessed are those guys who have submitted claims on the 28 January 2013 and was sorted by 28 February 2013, you don't need to complain compared to my situation. To Quicksure executives let me know what is the hold-up when will my claim be sorted? An update will be appreciated.
