The worst Pet insurers ever!! Runaway!

After months of deciding I contacted ONEPET insurance regarding insurance for my two dogs. Very helpful they responded the account was set up all excited to receive my card and contract. After a month the money still had not come off my account, once it did it was the incorrect amount. To this day i have not received a card or a contract yet I have paid for one dog not the agreed upon two. I have spent hours trying to cancel and have resorted to placing a stop order on my account. Exhausted and very annoyed with a company that mentions at least 10 times while you on hold that they are a registered insurer.
