Onepet Pet Insurance Anyone looking for pet insurance? Stay away from OnePet.

In a nutshell - worst service ever experienced. Completely unprofessional.

Issues from day one. Takes days to get a response to mails - and that's only after posting on their facebook wall. (They did of course first delete the post) before contacting me. Way more important that customer service. They also of course blocked me from posting on their wall. Only after someone who works in a social media company told them that is probably the worst thing they could do did they unblock me.

So eventually decided to cancel as nothing has changed in terms of their service - and guess what "We have a 30 day notice cancellation policy".
Me: Well is your policy to also have the worst service possible?

Posted my feelings on their page once again and guess what... yup deleted. LOL! Great service onepet! And great way to get ahead in social media/marketing of your company. *hands clapping*
