Lerato's agent gave me the incorrect information

Called through as the car had a clutch problem and the 1st advisor said I'm on comprehensive so the car fixed by them under this cover, okay advised him let me make some arragements will call them back did so called again and spoke to a lady who also confirmed the car will be towed and my insurance will fix it I dont need to do anything, the car was collected by them and got an invoice of - R3500.00 for that of which I dont understand called through and was told No i'm responsible for that and the car fixing but I said was told the insurance will fixed for me by then no one from Unity contact me about the whereabouts of the car no one is saying anything Lerato called me and she promised the calls will be send to me regarding all of this and an invistigation will be taken I'm talking about something that happened two weeks ago and still today nothing has happened until I get an email regarding payments of which there so quick to deduct my money yet liars with transperency. Even Lerato not sure how she got this Job a senior who leads with liars I would prefer to speak to her senior and not her.
