Jackpot of bad service?

On the 17th September I reported a major problem that I had with a claim under the same headline. It was so bad that I already started speaking to my lawyer and I started getting quotes from other companies to move my insurance. Then Stephan Olivier (client care media manager) got on board - he immediately re-opened the claim and drove the process vigorously until I am happy to report that my house is now totally fixed.
