CHARGED A FEE, BLACKLISTED ME WITH NO SERVICE!!!

It is unacceptable that a company looks for turnover by blacklisting a client and not providing a service and expects a payment. I read up on the Internet about this company, wait for it 2 years ago. I never signed up to pay a fee as anyone stupid enough to pay a fee to a company to provide a loan is beyond me! why would you need a loan in the first place!!! When they mailed me to say I must pay a fee, I called and cancelled as I did not want to pay for a loan!!! Now conveniently they cannot find my call log and they cannot find my cancellation. Then the call centre agent Jamie I spoke to on 3 occasions already, thinks this is terribly funny and is extremely rude and definitely not helpful. I'm buying a house and to my disgrace this s is the only listing I have against my name which is and 2 years later this company decides they want money so they black list me!!
