Santam

Last week Monday, I took my vehicle to DALS Auto Centre for repairs. They took photos of the vehicle, and told me that they would submit my claim directly to Santam (I already had a claim number). It is now Wednesday the following week, and only because I have followed up, do I now hear that Santam require an assessor to view the vehicle. I now need to bring the vehicle in tomorrow so they can view it. They haven't even ordered the parts yet. All the while the client is without a vehicle. This could have been done last week already.
DALS blames Santam, Santam blames DALS. I as the client am caught in the middle. I point the blame as Santam as DALS is approved by Santam.
I am very unhappy.
