I'm not a Santam client and glad at that too. Even though Santam personnel is very friendly; I'm appalled at how slow your company have done things with regards to a third party claim. I was in an accident 13 December with one of your clients (their fault) and I'm still trying to sort things out. Firstly you could not tell me all the documentation I require for the claim and would only help me after I provided 3 quotes from panel beaters. Now it takes for ever in each division and I've probably spoken to 5 different people and still nothing. I understand the correct procedure need to be followed, but this is just ludicrous. It's been longer than a MONTH since the accident and still I have absolutely no idea about how far in the process this claim is!! I obviously can't take my car to be fixed because I don't know if Santam will process the claim or not. I also don't know what kind of money we are talking about because I probably need to know how I will be paying for everything. How is it possible that no one can provide proper information that would be able to help??? Or just maybe at what time frame we are looking a... in your frame would it be months, years or decades???
