Very bad excperience today. Had to go pick up my C/card. I was the ONLY customer in tghe row of Customer desk. Her male clerk was busy with another client. She halfheartedly beckoned me to the desk. The whole episode took close to 20min, just to get my card. She looked liked she was on a slow-strike in a trance. She never ONCE even smiled. She spoke so softly I had to ask her to repeat what she said. During the "procedure" she did not explain what to do, and I had to guess. I have been to the customer desk on various occasions and had a very pleasant experiences. This person has NO customer relations and it looked like she did me one hellofafavour to help me. Please, this is your customer or potential customer's first impression of your details to customer service. P: lease allocate employees there who WANT to help your customers. If I was a potential customer... I would've walked right into your opposition's bank.
